Showmanship Rules:
**Please see their website for rules and requirements**
Animals must be shown in market by exhibitor to be eligible for Showmanship for Junior, Intermediate, and Senior exhibitors. Pee Wee exhibitors do NOT have to show in market to be eligible for showmanship.
*Each exhibitor must show the same animal in all classes. Meaning an exhibitor cannot show one animal in their class and a different animal in the final drive. Switching of animals will result in the exhibitor being disqualified from showmanship.
*There is no $5 Entry Fee for Pee Wee Showmanship.
Showdown DOES allow Pee Wee showman to borrow animals and they DO NOT have to show them in market. The goal is to have young people get in the show ring. That said, borrowing animals avoids any entry fee for the Pee Wee showman. Therefore we will charge a $10 entry fee for Pee Wee exhibitors who will not show an animal in market classes. This will help cover our costs for prizes. If the Pee Wee showman does show their animal in market, the $10 fee does not apply, since they will have paid an entry fee for that animal.
Exhibitors and their families release Showdown in the Sand, Inc. and any members/volunteers from any and all responsibility for loss, damages, or accidents.
